I'm so glad that I get to see it big
all by itself so I see all the details.
I wondered at first if they were
your hands, but decided not
because they look too old
to be your loverly hands.
And your hands are not
so photogenic if I recall correctly.
=p

If they were my hands, it would have been a much clearer picture... The image I ended up using wasn't the best quality, but they were the only hands I could find that worked with the idea in my head.

Oh wow!!! That's so beautiful and well done! All the little details are amazing, like the water dripping from the hand and the little swing... Awesome!
:iconfunkmaster-c:
and the beautiful dirt path ;P

Thanks, the image is actually quite huge and a lot of the details got lost when I resized it for DA.

this deserves a feature! is one of the most beautiful things i've seen, the idea and all. i used to play with water this way imagining how long i could hold a mermaid in my hands before all the water would fall off my hands and each time it ran off the mermaid would turn into sparky drops of water.

Thanks! I'm glad you like it. I put a lot of time into it.

I loved mermaids when I was little. Instead of having a doll house I had a mermaid house. Which was basically a doll house attached to a big tub of water for the mermaids to play in :) Good times.
